Our Pastor
Jerry Maston is the founding and senior pastor of River of Life Church. He preaches the Word of God uncompromisingly in truth and love. His Spirit-led messages teach, encourage, and inspire the church today.
Jerry has a deep passion for developing leaders. He founded Leadership Always, which trains and resources pastors/leaders to help them break barriers and reach their growth potential.
Jerry and his wife, Jan, have three children and live in Eastland, Texas. He speaks at conferences worldwide.
Our Story
River of Life started its ministry in a little school gymnasium in Ranger, TX. In October 1999 the church body became an all-for-Christ ministry organization called River of Life Church. Services were held there for 13 months until the sanctuary of the new building was completed in Eastland.
Our Purpose
RIVER OF LIFE CHURCH EXISTS TO REACH PEOPLE WITH THE LIFE-GIVING MESSAGE OF JESUS THAT THEY MIGHT FULFILL ALL THAT GOD HAS PLANNED FOR THEM. LET JESUS BE EXALTED IN EVERYONE'S LIFE.

The Vision

THE MISSION
- To win the lost, to show Jesus
- To disciple converts, to teach Jesus
- To skill disciples with leadership abilities and qualities, to lead for Jesus
Matt 28:18-20 Jesus came and told his disciples, "I have been given complete authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, babtizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age"
