River of Life started its ministry in a little school gymnasium in
Ranger, TX. In October 1999 the church body became an all-for-Christ
ministry organization called River of Life Church. Services were
held there for 13 months until the sanctuary of the new building was
completed in Eastland.

Work on the new sanctuary began with dirt work and pouring the foundation.
A bunch of donated work and donated base material went into the base
foundation before the concrete was even poured.

After the concrete dried on the foundation, the red steel beams that
supports were delivered and set into place.

The metal was wrapped around the main building and both wings. On
the interior, a sealant foam was sprayed to keep air and insects
out.

The exterior is complete and work now begins on the interior in
building walls, laying carpet, running electricity, and hanging the
ceiling.

The sign was built while working on the interior of the building.
Two large stones with the church name were set into place and built
around with brick and mortar.

The steeple was finally delivered, crowned into place, and secured
into the red metal beams.

The construction of the new facility were finally complete. The first
services in the new building were held on May 22, 2000.
